本来第二段想写healthy lifestyle 的好处的,但这样写好像没把government写进去,而且题目里已经说了prevent disease,还可以写进自己文章中吗?

我觉得第二段应该写为什么政府要改进health style,从政府责任和改进社会福利的角度.当然要写好处
第三段写疾病治疗的意义
然后让步反驳
最后结尾
