I eat breakfast everyday,because it’s important to my health.At first,I did not
like eating breakfast,but my mother forced me to eat.Every morning,my mother
prepared delicious breakfast for me,such as milk,egg,bread and others.Gradually,
I liked having breakfast.I feel energetic after having breakfast.Having delicious
and nutrient breakfast brings me a happy day.I hope everyone can build this healthy
habit.
