摘要 目的：比较妇科腹腔镜穿刺鞘、气腹针上的螺帽、螺丝、胶塞组装与拆卸灭菌效果,以方便临床使用.方法：在清洗流程和灭菌方法相同的前提下,同期选择360套妇科腹腔镜做比较,分为观察组和对照组,观察组是对清洗合格的穿刺鞘、气腹针上的螺帽、螺丝、胶塞等小部件不进行功能复位包装灭菌,对照组是对清洗合格的穿刺鞘、气腹针上的螺帽、螺丝、胶塞等小部件进行功能复位包装灭菌,对两组灭菌后腔镜进行采样做细菌培养对比.结果：两组腹腔镜穿刺鞘、气腹针上的螺帽、螺丝、胶塞的清洗消毒后组装和拆卸灭菌效果监测细菌菌落数均 < 1CFU/cm2,均无致病菌生成.结论：保证标准化的清洗流程,组装腹腔镜穿刺鞘、气腹针上的螺帽、螺丝、胶塞等精细部件后灭菌,同样能达到灭菌效果,减少了腔镜手术器械的丢失和损坏,保证手术安全.

Conclusion: ensure the cleaning process standardization, assembly of laparoscopic trocar, pneumoperitoneum needle on the nut, screw, rubber plug and other fine parts after sterilization, also canachieve the effect of sterilization, reduces the loss and damage of laparoscopicoperation instruments, ensure the safety of operation.
