选D milk前有Two teaspoons修饰,teaspoons为复数,所以谓语动词也用复数are（若前面的量词为单数,后面的谓语动词就用单数）
第二空根据语义,一汤匙牛奶比一杯咖啡少,所以用less than,另外,much用于修饰比较级,than的前面需要有比较级,故用less,也可用much less than

Two teaspoons of... 须用复数 are
后面跟 than 须用比较级
只有D是are + 比较级less,选D。

个人觉得应该选B
因为我认为比较对象是milk和coffee的多少，
而两个勺子和一个茶杯貌似不能比较多少
还有就是A、C中的much被写成了mush，大小写也没有注意好
