Good Evening, Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am very happy to have this opportunity to make a speech to you and share my understanding in building a harmonious class
This topic gives me a real impact because it recalls my past experience. Last term, the monitor was John. He is a friendly and energetic man. But lots of his proposals were always rejected by some people. I didn’t know whether they had prejudices to him or not. Or they were just rejected to the proposals. I remembered that one evening John was sharing his opinions to the class. But one student stood up to argue against him for a long time. I could feel the grievance on John’s face. Another example, some people wrote a piece of paper to him. Astonishing that it read, “You are a pile of smelly shit”. I was wondering that why the students didn’t talk his mind directly to John instead of assaults and batteries.
It doesn’t matter you like or hate our class, but everyone should admit that our class is not that harmonious. To start with, what is a harmonious class?In my opinion, in a harmonious class, all people can work and study to their fullest abilities, and get on well with each other.
So how can we build it?
