随着我国加入WTO,关税壁垒对我国的贸易出口的阻碍作用将愈来愈少,但非关税壁垒,特别是绿色壁垒已经对我国的农产品出口造成了很大的障碍,而且这一障碍还呈发展的势头.我们应以什么心态来面对?今后的战略对策是什么?本文认为,当前世界经济的全球化发展趋势,注定了国际贸易战存在的长期性.但是,绿色贸易战不仅仅表现在贸易的层面上,且更深层次地反映一个国家生态环境状况与可持续发展水平的强弱.绿色贸易壁垒出现和强化既是为保护本国利益人为作用形成的,也是人类追求更高的生活质量、实现可持续发展的必然选择.绿色壁垒的形成,既带有主观的色彩,但总体上又符合客观事物的发展规律.因此,我们应提高我国农产品的环境质量,这不仅是冲破绿色贸易壁垒的需要,更是改善我国12亿多人口生活质量、实现我国农业可持续发展的必然选择.

As China's entry into WTO,trade barriers will decrease its rejection to our exporttrade.But not trade barriers,especially the Green barriers caused a lot of troubles on agricultural exports,and this rejection is still developing.What kind of mentality should we have to confront it?What about the strategy for future?This article thinks,the tendency of economic globalization destines the existence of International trade battle,moreover,it will last long.However,International trade battle is not only displaying on its surface but also a country's ecological environment and sustainable development level.The Green barriers' appearance and reinforcement is used for protecting its own profit,meanwhile,it is also the inevitable choice of improving the life quality and realization of sustainable development.The formation of Green barriers is subjective,but it accords with the method of things' development.Therefore,we should improve the environmental quality of agricultural products it is not only the need to break the green barriers, but also the necessary choice to improve quality of life for 1.2 billion people,and to achieve sustainable agricultural development in China.
