随着时代的发展,世界经济一体化的加快,整个国际贸易呈现出贸易自由化的趋势,关税也随之大幅度降低.随着贸易发展的自由化趋势,尤其是随着人类环保意识的增强,国际贸易中的保护措施发生了很大的变化,其中,重要表现就是技术性贸易壁垒.作为国际贸易中最隐蔽,最难对付的一种贸易壁垒,技术性贸易壁垒措施日趋增多,给我国及其他发展中国家的对外贸易造成的很大的困难.因此,加强对技术性贸易壁垒的研究,采取相应的对策,对突破技术贸易壁垒,促进我国对外贸易的发展,具有重要意义.本文通过对相关文献的梳理,明确技术贸易壁垒的定义,研究发达国家应对技术贸易壁垒的措施,分析我国技术贸易壁垒存在的问题,并提出相关政策建议.

With the development of the times,the acceleration of the world economic integration,the international trade showed a trend of trade liberalization,tariff will be reduced greatly.With the trend of liberalization of trade development,especially with the human awareness of environmental protection,great changes have taken place in protective measures in international trade,among them,performance is an important technical barriers to trade.As the most hidden in international trade,a trade barrier is the most difficult to deal with,the measures of technical barriers to trade is increasing,causing to China and other developing countries foreign tradedifficulties.Therefore,strengthening the study of technical barriers to trade,to take corresponding countermeasures,to break through technical barriers to trade,and promote the development of China's foreign trade,has the vital significance.In this paper,based on the literature review,definition of technical barriers to trade,the developed countries to cope with technical barriers to trade measures,analysis of the existing technical barriers to trade in our country,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
