一、分段铺板、划线精度控制：
1.划线原则：
1）划线测量原则：从中线向两侧,从中部向两端.即：以工作面中心线为“0”点分别向左右量取,以基准肋位线为“0”点分别向前后量取.2) 对工艺设计加放的焊接收缩量,必须按照图纸要求加放在肋位或纵骨间距中,不得将其全部放在合拢端.3) 卷尺测量要求：测量必须使用检验合格的长卷尺,连续累加数据量取各点,不允许用短尺逐段测量,减小积累误差.4) 对于板片上原有的数控线,目前仅作参考,所有结构线均需二次划线.

2．平面胎架铺板划线
1) 根据图纸要求将拼接合格的基面板放置于检验合格的胎架上；
2) 根据要求调整板的位置,控制板边缘与胎架支撑点间距不大于200mm；
3) 对基面板进行定位,检验每个柱头与基面板之间的密贴情况,密贴率大于95%,最大间隙控制在3mm以内；
4) 将基面板和胎架进行死胎固定,固定的原则：大接缝端口全部固定,强构件的位置全部固定；
5) 死胎结束后方可进行划线：根据图纸要求开角尺,划出肋检线和假定中心线,以此为基准根据划线图纸尺寸划制构架线,边缘划出100mm精控对合线,基面板边缘有余量的划出余量线； 6) 基面板反面需要安装隔舱下墩、围井等结构的须将结构安装线划出,并反驳到基面板反面,同时划出100mm安装检验线位置,并敲样冲标记.
