first and foremost,he has a lot of good characters,for examle,he is strict with the students,when he has lessons to teach,he always does good preparations,also he corrects the students' papers carefully.from my point of view, his appoach to teach is different from other teachers,he also encourge student to think independently,cultivate students' abality to study by themselves as well.last but not the least,he is popular with students,we all respect him because of his amiableness
