In June 2012, a student was forbidden to enter the examination room because he was two minutes late. This incident triggered many controversies. I think this student should not be allowed to enter the examination room because of the following two reasons. First, the fact that he did not arrive on time is a violation of the examination policy. Secondly, even if he was allowed to go into the room, he would disturb other students who already started writing their exams.
