Attached herewith are Purchase orders which goods have been received.But we had made a mistake on these Purchase Order with the wrong vendor code used,now we would like to amend these errors from the system.The correct Vendor code should be 54321 instead of 12345.Here would like to have your kind assistant in the amendments as we do not have the authority in changing the data from the system.
We have received all the goods listed in the attached order sheets. However, we mistook the vendor code in these orders. Now we have to revise the vendor code from 12345 to 54321. Please kindly help to revise it since we do not have the authorization.

Attached orders have been all received.But we used wrong vendor code for these orders,so we'd like to revise the vendor code in the system(revise from 12345 to 54321).But we don;t have the right to revise it,so we'd like to ask you to revise them.
