Doctor: hello, how do you do?
Patient: not very good, i've got stomach-ache.
Doctor: Do you suspect any reason for this? such as particular food upset your stomach, what did you have for your dinner?
Patient: I had fruit salad and it probably not very fresh. I had watermelon, apple, strawberry and orange.
Doctor: Do you have loose bowel movement or diarrhea? when was the last time you open your bowels?
Patient: I had 3 times of losse bowels after dinner.
Doctor: Oh, that's pretty bad. you need to drink more fluid to restore the loss; avoid any milk product; and i will give you some gastro-stop to stop the pain and diarrhea. I think you will be fine tomorrow.
Patient: Thank you doctor, i do wahtever you say.
