These days,health is becoming more and more important for all people.we know that we can do nothing without a healthy body.What's more,we will be sad and hopeless .So it's important to keep fit.There are some suggestions on how to stay healthy.
First,we should keep a good diet and throw away bad habits.Next,we're supposed to do more exersise so that we can prevent disease.Finally,we must have enough sleep and be happy all the time.That can help us do things better.
Health is the most important thing in our life .If we own it ,we will work harder without other needless thoughts.So let's follow these suggestions and believe our life will be better.
