We specially process the hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders as well as the spare parts with deep hole applied in other sectors. we undertake the deep hole drilling, boring processing, rough machining and finishing of a variety of alloy-steel and stainless steel. The company boasts a 2-16 m diameter honmachine, which can process hydraulic cylinder barrels or blocks upto φ 32 to φ400 mm in inner diameter, 3-50 mm in wall thickness and 13 meters in length, and roll finishing the large size block with high precision, achieving precision level IT6-7 in size and under R a0.2 in surface smoothness.
