No waiver of any bank's rights or powers or any consent by bank shall be valid unless signed in writing. No failure or delay by bank in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power of privilege.
