Dear judging panel:

Hello, everybody! My topic today is "Olympics and me".
The Olympic inauguration bell is approaching, and every Chinese citizen is cheering and excited. I am anticipating that August 8th, 2008 comes as soon as possible. Since the inauguration of Beijing Olympic Games is the day when the world sports families gather together in Beijing, the day to promote the development of world competitive sports and the progress of world peace, and the day which every Chinese feels proud of and dreams for.
As a young host in China, although I might not make a great contribution to Beijing Olympic Games, I will still try my best endeavors to make my own contribution.

As one of the Chinese young citizen, I will be the young host on the stage of the Olympic Games. I will welcome every foreign friend from different parts of world with my passion and smile here. I am glad to be a good host to show the Chinese people's kindness, hospitality and happiness.
I will become a faithful guardian for the giant window of Olympics, through which we can see the world, see Beijing, learn more about Beijing, know more about Olympics, and introduce our beautiful Beijing as well as its long history and brilliant cultures to foreign friends. We will make them, through the communication with every Chinese, familiar with Beijing and china.
I’d like to be the volunteer of the Olympic spotless holy land. In order to make more people know this event, I will elaborate my heart and soul making this holy land cleaner; in order to make more people be willing to devote like me, I will exert all my strength to learn English so that I can communicate with foreign friends in English and help them as much as I can during Olympic Games. Let them have a joyful and happy journey on this land and consequently, like Beijing and China for the warm hearted help from every Chinese.
Hi, young fellows, let’s learn polite manner together; Let’s strengthen and propagate the environment protection ideology together; Let 's make Beijing a blue sky city by driving the yellow storm away and decorating the avenues and streets vigorously with greens.
Let's start from now on!
One world, one dream, I hope my dream will come true.
Let's pray together for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Let the supreme ring of glory fly over the blue sky of Beijing.
