非常简单.因为是动名词结构 of our team having won- - - ==of our team's having won .由介词of 决定的.又如：I am afaid of Mary / Mary's going there alone.so i will go with her anyway.
那介词后面一般不可以加不定式,除了这一个------ He was ABOUT to leave when she arrived.

by是介词，介词后面必须跟动名词，而having won 就是动名词，是动名词的完成式。

相当于of our team's having won another gold medal
介词后接所有格+-ing形式，属宾语，所以可以用“通格+-ing形式”替换。
介词后不能接to do
又如：
He apologized for his wife's being late.
=He apologized for his wife being lat...
