用watch do 更好如果最后一个动词给的是run，是不是可以前两个原形，最后一个用running（可能现在还在跑）？这是一系列的动作 run也是中间的一个 不能独立 and连接的是并列的短语 你后面用running 不符合并列习惯啊...
