1、如果说对,道理是公司的目的是追求利润,减少交易成本,如果不能收支打平,那开公司干啥
如果说错,市场机制的目的就是让资源有效配置,从盈利低的地方往盈利高的地方转移,必然产生优胜劣汰.资源分配是有限的,在达到“帕累托最优”之后,就不会再出现让“一方改善,另一方不受损失”的情况.
如果不确定,那就是综上所述.

For the first one,based on what I know ,it is true.Because everybody in the market chases after their maximum profit,leading to the minimum diffidence both in their products and their ratio of profits,with better corps staying and inferior ones signing out,which further results in the break-even situation , as the corps left will have to face with more fierce competition,during which process narrowing down profits will be a big thing.
above all,it's my opinion only.
