i think you should pratice more. just like what Mr. lee said "don't be shy. just try!" when i was a freshman in college, i was just like you. the main reason why i didn't speak english well is that i was afraid to open my mouth, although my pronuncition and intonation is pretty good. the next year, i joined the english corner which gives me much opportunity to prove myself. i uesd to stand at the front of many people and try to speak out althougn it was difficult for to do that at the first time, as we know "pratice makes perfect", later on, i have been good at speaking in english.
