(1)一般不可以,因为“there be"是”有"的意思,但如果是“there be...doing(有…做)"这个句型的时候,它的后面就要加动词的ing形式.
(2)不对,
应该改为：
There aren't any people can play guitar upside down.
因为句子的意思是(没有任何人能把吉他颠倒过来弹),因此要用“any(任何)".
