First let me explain how our hotel is builted.E = is entrance R = is reception and breakfast restaurant –then we have the 1st,2nd and 3rd floor.
In our guestroom,witch is in the R floor we had a waterfall coming from the top of the guestroom.
Our head receptionist runned to the 1st floor to room 122.At these moment every thing was okay in this room.
Then he runned up to the 2nd floor.The 3 women would not open him the door (he thought that he will find a broken water pipe.It was really urgent,that he had to enter the room.What he found was 3 women after taking a shower outside of the bath tube.He tried to clean the room with towels but ha had to do it with a special machine.
Later on room 122 was also filled up with water.He cleaned room 222,then room 122 and then the guestroom with this machine.The day after,we had to rent a machine from a company (witch costed us CH 300.00 and hours of work to get the guestroom and the two rooms ready for the next guests.
If we check people in (specially from Asia and India) we always tell them,that we know,that they have different
style of bath and shower tubes and that they should stay inside the bath or shower tube and close the curtain
from inside.
