The Seller warrants that the Goods and Services shall conform to the technical specifications mentioned in Appendix 1 and the warranties for the Goods and Services shall be as set forth in Appendix 1 of this Contract.All the Goods shall be guaranteed against faults for a period of 18 months from commissioning of the Goods,provided that the installation,operation,running conditions and maintenance procedures is in accordance with the Seller’s installation instructions,start-up and operation manual.In any event,the Seller’s warranty obligations shall expire within 18 months from final acceptance of the Goods and Services by the Buyer.
