1,之所以用forcing是因为,在这句话中“new laws”是force的主语,你想,法律的效力就是“使”父母承担更多责任,所以法律作主语的时候,表示主动.在表示主动的情形下,分词得使用现在分词,表被动的时候才用过去分词.
to force也是可以的表示“目的”,既“出台法律的目的是使父母承担更多的责任”.
2,closing 表示结束的,结尾的,闭会的,结算的 如closing time下班时间/ a closing address闭幕词,closing 只用在修饰词的前面.
closed 表示关闭的是,是表语,只说 The shop is closed.当然closed还有其他的意思了.像“保守的”可以说：a closed boy等.
pleased的主语是人,例如I am pleased to answer your question.
pleasure一般不做形容词,名词用的很多.但有一种是指“游乐的,非公务的”如：a pleasure boat(游乐船)
