if n is a positive integer,what is the tens digit of
1.the hundreds digit of 10n is 6
2.the ens digit of n+1 is 7

the hundreds digit of 10n is 6------说明n的十位是6
the ens（这里应该是tens吧?） digit of n+1 is 7--------说明n是69
这题只问 tens digit,那就是6,2这个条件没用

1 可以推出十位是6
2 推出十位是6或者7
