有区别的,wedding是可数名词,是不能在句子当中单独出现的,要么前面加冠词a定冠词the,要么后面加s用复数.所以前面这句Tomorrow I want to attend the wedding才是对的,注意这句你没写句子主语,“谁”要去参加婚礼,这也使得句子不完整.后一句不加the是不对的.
