两句话之间要有连接词,不然不能用逗号,there前面应该加上and；或者把There are 这个句子放在前面后面直接接because,前面不用加逗号,此时because作为连接词使用.

这句话其实没错。不过有些时候是用on the street，in the street也用过。不过相对而言on the street 更常见
