at the moment表示此刻,也可以表示过去的此刻.
如：
A：he had a headact yesterday
B:i know,we were together at the moment
now 只能表示此时此刻,是用在现在时里的.
如：get out,now!

at the moment ： 此刻
now： 现在。

相等的,都表示现在进行时

at the moment 比now 更精确

at the moment一般表示这一瞬间的动作，而now则表示一段时间以来的状态。
