People eat together.A big family eats together at home,or about 5 to 30 people or more to eat together at home because every company is close.People go back home for Chinese New Year.At Chinese New Year people eat Goose,Chicken Pig and other delicious foods.people go shopping.In addition Chinese New Year gifts for their friends,family,colleague,children and boss.It means the coming year those who receive the gift will have good luck in this year.Some people give a Chinese New Year gifts to their boss because they want to be promoted.Some people give a Chinese New Year gift to Children to have good development and study well.People go to friend’s homes because they want to get luck.Married People give some money in red envelope to unmarried friends.This is a tradition.
Chinese New Year has over 4,000 years history.In the part,people celebrated the Chinese New Year a little differently from now,but some thing are the same.In the part,they ate different food to celebrate Chinese New year,and they made new clothes for their children.In period,however people always bought new clothes.People need to put some money in red envelope on the bed before Chinese new year for good luck.On the other hand,some tradition have been maiutauned from the part to celebrate Chinese New Year such as watching and playing firework.
Chinese New Year is not only one day; it lasts about 20 days.From two days before ten days after in the Chinese New Year,everyone goes home.They want to see their friends,and family.In the railway stations there are many people going go to their hometowns from a big city.Some people can’t buy the railway ticket because those the tickets for sell out,so who conduit buy one have to wait for next year.The day before Chinese New Year,people come to eat together,watch new year show on TV or go to watch new year show.They also watch and play cigarette flower.On the first day of Chinese New Year,People wear clothes on that day.Fathers,mothers,grandmothers,and grandfathers give some money in the red bags to children.On the second day,they can visit their friend’s home.They can’t visit any people’s home before then because it wouldn’t bring good luck.People visit their friends who have children.If the visitor’s friend is married,they must give a reg bag to visitor’s child.On the third day,some companies are open,and the bosses give red bags to the employee.From the fourth to the fourteenth day,people celebrate to the second and the third day,a simulate some people do work,or they go to travel.On the 15Th day people go to watch the festival
